Social media means social networking. Today, this medium is being used more and more. Social media are one of the most amazing inventions of modern technology. Social media users are increasing in number, a sign of the rapid advancement of technology.

Apps and social networks are part of the system. Social sites are very popular for social interaction. Social media sites like Instagram What’sapp, Facebook, LinkedIn Twitter, Imo and email, among others, are widely used.

Using social networks is a great way to stay in touch with friends and family. Apps are not limited to computers, but we can also use them on mobile devices that do not require wires. We cannot deny the mobile phone’s contribution to social media. It is a true blessing in today’s technology era. By browsing the internet, we are able to send and receive messages from far away places. We learn about new fashion, culture, and festivals. This is a computer network. Email is a safer alternative to writing. It is possible to send a message in just a few seconds. This saves time by reducing the need to write on paper.

Google has been a boon to us in the modern age. Google has a lot of useful information that we can access by simply clicking. We can find millions of answers to a particular problem in a matter of seconds. Here you can find jobs, information, research and planning from around the globe.

Google may sometimes provide us with false or misleading information that can cause harm to our lives. Google does not run itself, so it isn’t their fault. Google’s administrators are supplying incorrect information to other users. It is a small number, but it’s still a lot.

Next, we will visit the most visited site: Facebook. This social media site has improved the quality of life and made it easier. Face book has become popular with all age groups as it is a way to connect people around the globe. By searching profiles, we may be able to reconnect with old friends. Face book is a great way to exchange ideas, share happy moments, and express our opinions. Twitter, What’s App are other social media sites that are equally popular. They help us stay connected with our friends quickly. Social medias also protect us from various types of misunderstandings. Sometimes someone may be in a meeting so important that they can’t answer the phone. In this case, a simple message can resolve the issue.

Undoubtedly, science made our life more interesting. It is not always a blessing. It can also have negative effects. Social apps can have their downsides. Using electronic devices excessively can lead to death. It causes cancer or insomnia, loss of vision, high blood-pressure, heart attacks, etc.

Social medias play a role in education. On the internet, you can get all important information regarding study. We see many online courses being offered today by institutions. Online assignments can be submitted to complete these courses. It is not necessary to attend classes in person. Google is also a great source of information for students, including any study-related material. It helps them learn about different things. It is easy for them to learn because they can easily understand the world around them.

Face book, Twitter Imo, Viber, What’s App, and other social media apps are the most harmful to students, who prefer using them. We spend more time on face-booking than reading newspapers, magazines and textbooks. Students wonder what the point is of reading textbooks, when they can access the topics or texts on their phone. This leads to students neglecting their studies. In the end, they are not able to read their textbooks. It is important that students remember textbooks as the best source of information. Today, in developing countries, the problem of students not knowing their answers before exams is very common. The internet is to blame. The students are given a set of exam questions prior to the day of the test. They will pass the exam, however they won’t be properly educated. In Bangladesh recently, the questions for almost every board exam were leaked prior to the examination.

Teenagers are very fond of social media. Uploading their photos to social Media is a way for teens to gain popularity in their friend circles and elsewhere. Instagram is most popular among teens.

Social media can have a positive impact on the lives of young people. They can search for jobs, get interviews and choose their career path. YouTube has tutorials for those who want to open a new business. The young generation is increasingly turning to outsourcing for income. It becomes a habit for young people. It is dangerous to use social media if your privacy isn’t respected. It’s easy to make someone look bad by posting nude pictures, rumours or unwanted comments. The young can be severely affected by these things. Sometimes, leaks of photos or videos of people’s personal lives lead to suicides. Unintentional people are also charged. This also helps to spread terrorism. Cyber crime is a part of their lives. Social media can be useful despite some of its drawbacks. Social media is now more popular than ever thanks to the benefits that modern technology has brought us. It is a part of our everyday life. It’s a quick way to communicate. Social media, despite its shortcomings, has revolutionized modern communication systems.

Is social media good? In today’s society, thousands of people use Social Media without realizing the potential consequences. Everyone wants the best. You may have wondered what Social Media does to a person’s life. Does it improve or make life worse? Does it help or hurt the user? Social media is a riskier option than it appears to be. It reduces social interaction between people, encourages cyberbullying, violates privacy, and decreases social interactions.

Social media can reduce the social interaction between people. They are only active online with their Facebook friends, but they won’t have anything to say when they connect personally. The relationship between them could be destroyed. Others might say that people are free to present themselves as they see fit (George). Why cannot the users show up in person? The user will do this if he or she believes that society will judge them for revealing their true selves. We should be confident and courageous enough to share our true selves with the world. Cyberbullying is when someone insults or harasses another on Social Media. Cyberbullying seems easy to bullies because they can’t see the results or victims’ reactions to the bully. The bully may not see the full impact of their bullying, but the victim can experience life-changing consequences. It can have a profound impact on the victim’s life. It may change their professional and personal lives, or even their mental health. Cyberbullying can lead to suicide. Suren ramasubbu states that Pew’s research shows that 39% of teens in social networks have experienced cyberbullying.

Facebook has become a platform where people can share important information about their lives, like their work, birthdate, home address, and even small details. George: “Many people reveal their political and sexual preferences, their music tastes, their drug and alcohol habits, and even their inner feelings and thoughts.” Why would we divulge our date of birth or phone number to a total stranger? It can be easily accessed by others. Social network users can be held accountable for what they post in their Medias, even if it wasn’t a big deal at the time. Employers may check up on employees in Google and Facebook before they offer them a position to determine if they’re qualified or have posted anything that shouldn’t be. People might claim that platforms such as Facebook, Snapchat and Twitter can be used to build relationships with people who are distant and not reachable. Social media, while it may help you get closer to people that are far away and difficult to reach, can destroy relationships with people that are more accessible. It removes the user’s connection to reality. Social media is a powerful tool for learning, but some people may disagree.

Social Media does not only mean bullying or insults. It is also a great way to explore new ideas by reading someone’s blog. You may learn something new. While I agree with this, it is important to note that staring at your screen for a long time can have a negative impact on your vision. It is bad for your eyes to stare at a screen for long periods of time. Social media is associated with many risks including cyberbullying or loss of privacy. Facebook depression, sexting, sleep loss, and obesity are all risks. For privacy reasons, I set the privacy setting on my account. It is something I recommend users do if you want to keep using the social media network. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, all of them, offer a privacy setting. We can prevent it as well by using as little information as possible.
